I was born in Milwaukee, WI where I grew up with an insatiable appetite for skateboarding, music, art and design. After earning my A.A. in graphic design from the Milwaukee Area Technical College, I migrated to San Diego, CA in 1997 to take the Lead Graphic Designer/Art Director role at Climax Mfg./I.S.I located in Oceanside, CA. Under the Climax Mfg./I.S.I. umbrella were the brands Tracker Trucks, Orion Trucks, Invisible Skateboards, 16 Skateboards, Neighborhood Skateboards and Stamina Clothing. I was employed there for 11 years and then in 2011 I moved over to Tum Yeto Inc. in San Diego where I took over the graphic design and art direction for Foundation Skateboards and helped out with the Pig Wheels brand.

in 2016 I started a new chapter in my career when I joined the creative team at Rescue: The Behavior Change Agency in San Diego. As a Sr. Art Director at Rescue, I am dedicated to pushing creative boundaries to help government agencies and nonprofits create award winning campaigns that drive health behavior change.

With over 25 years of professional experience, I am a seasoned Art Director and Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and crafting compelling narratives through design.
